Restorative Dentistry
Rebuild your smile's function and appearance with proven restorative solutions.
When teeth are damaged, missing, or worn down, restorative dentistry brings them back. The goal is always the same: get you chewing, speaking, and smiling normally again, using the least involved option that will hold up.
What restorative dentistry covers
At our North Las Vegas office, restorative care ranges from a single repair to rebuilding a full arch:
- Tooth-colored fillings for cavities and small chips
- CEREC same-day crowns, designed and placed in one visit instead of two
- Dental bridges to fill the gap left by a missing tooth
- Dental implants and implant restorations for a replacement that stands on its own
- All-on-4 full-arch implants for patients missing most or all of their teeth
- Dentures and partials, including implant-supported overdentures
- Root canals (endodontics) to save an infected tooth instead of pulling it
Repairing a tooth or replacing it
When a tooth is cracked or decayed but the root is sound, we try to keep it: a filling, a crown, or a root canal often does the job. When a tooth is gone or beyond saving, we talk through the ways to replace it (an implant, a bridge, or a denture) and what each means for cost, time, and upkeep. You’ll get a straight read on the tradeoffs instead of a push toward the most expensive route.
Common questions
Can you do a crown in one visit?
Often, yes. With CEREC we design and mill the crown in the office, so many patients leave with the permanent crown the same day.
What are my options for a missing tooth?
Usually an implant, a bridge, or a denture. Which one fits depends on the teeth around the gap, your bite, and your budget. We’ll walk you through all three.
Do you place dental implants?
Yes, from a single implant to full-arch All-on-4. We handle the restoration that goes on top as well.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept more than 30 plans, including most major PPOs. Call and we’ll check your benefits and give you an estimate before any work starts.
