Patient Information

We will complete a full mouth series of x-rays and photographs to obtain all of the information we will need to make the best treatment plan for you. The doctor will perform a head and neck examination, an oral cancer screening, and a complete oral examination. We will review all of the findings with you, including all of the x-rays and any pictures that we have taken, along with any possible treatment.

Occasionally, study models may also be needed — these can require a brief follow-up appointment.

We are happy to be a provider with most PPO insurances. We are proud to be a contracted dental provider with the VA, and we accept Tricare. We are also contracted with Metro, North Las Vegas Police, Clark County Fire Department, and the City of Las Vegas Fire Department.

For uninsured patients: we offer a 10% discount if payment is made when the appointment is scheduled (even when paying by card). Pay in cash and you'll receive a 15% discount when treatment is scheduled.
